My feeling this month is one of lightness and freedom. A freshness in the air, a new beginning. The colours of the sunset on the horizon.

1. What is the first component you think about when you start working on a new project?

The unique feeling of each project, which has to be felt and carried through to completion. I want it to stay with me throughout the whole process.

2. What are some other areas that you draw inspiration from?

Fashion, art. And of course travelling, getting new impressions, experiencing other cultures.

3. Without what is an interior incomplete?

An interior is not complete without the people in it, the light, the love and the conversations.

‍

5 What has been the most valuable piece of advice someone has given you?

Patience. Calmness and patience in everything.

‍

6. What will be the next big trend in (interior) design?

I think the existing trends will continue - going back to our roots, collaborating with artists and craftspeople, ethnic references and nature-friendly materials. The other trend, the rapid development of AI and technology, its impact on innovative design objects, our relationship with them.
